It is affordable!

We kept it simple, no extra cost for holidays, just a high season and a low season price:

High season: October 1 until April 30 – (3 nights minimum stay, prices in Usd.)

Low season: May 1 until September 30 – (3 nights minimum stay, prices in Usd.)

per month  $1500

We do ask 50% at time of booking and 50% need to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date.
